DOG friendly at no extra cost providing your dog is friendly – including inside all of our cabins. Aggressive, disruptive, or potentially dangerous dogs of any type not allowed, and especially no Restricted Breed Dogs (eg Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs). Sorry, no cats allowed. We have sensitive birdlife who are very vulnerable to attack.
CHILD friendly at no extra cost.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS are at no cost providing you have proper beds for them.

We are not able to allow anyone to stay for more than 30 nights.

CHECK IN: Check in is between 2pm and 9pm. We cannot accept arrivals after 9pm – your booking will be forfeited and the money is not refundable
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11am.
ID: You will be required to present valid photo ID when checking in for us to scan. If you do not have or will not present photo ID, you will not be allowed to check in and there will be no refund issued.
EXTENDED STAYS: We do not accept bookings for longer than 30 cumulative days
LINEN: Linen is provided for all cabins. IF you have booked a whole cabin or caravan, we do not charge extra for use of the single beds, BUT if you use the singles, you will need to make these up yourself & either request linen from our staff or BYO
PETS: We are dog friendly provided your dog is friendly. If your pet is aggressive or creates a disturbance (eg excessive barking), they may have to be evicted from the part. Dogs should never be left unattended. Please consider other guests and clean up after your dog. They should be on a lead at all times. This is for their safety. Strictly no cats allowed.
EARLY DEPARTURES: We hope you don’t choose to leave early, but if you do, there’s no refund for unused time.
NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS: Mystic Park is located on the Murray Valley Highway. 305km (approx 3 1/2 hrs) from Melbourne Central, in between Kerang and Swan Hill
